Terms of use

Last updated: October 22, 2026

This text is a draft. It will be reviewed before the service’s public launch.

What the service is

This service brings events in Uzbekistan together in one place, starting with Tashkent. Organizers publish their events, and people find them, register and check in. It works through our Telegram bot, this website, and the website opened inside Telegram as a Mini App. In these terms, “we” means the team that runs the service.

The service is free to use. By using it or logging in, you agree to these terms. How we handle personal data is explained in the Privacy policy.

Your account

You use the service with your Telegram account: in the bot, in the Mini App, or on the website with “Log in with Telegram” or a login link from the bot. There are no separate passwords, so your account here is as safe as your Telegram account. One Telegram account is one account here.

  • Keep your Telegram account secure, and confirm only the logins you started yourself.
  • A login on the website lasts 30 days and renews while you use the site.
  • Telegram’s own terms also apply when you use Telegram.

We may block an account that breaks these terms. A blocked person can still browse public pages and delete their account.

For organizers

If you publish events, you are responsible for them.

  • Accurate events. Keep each event’s date, time, place and details correct, and edit, postpone or cancel it when plans change. A day or two before each event, the bot asks whether it is still on. Please answer.
  • Your content. Add only posts, texts and images you have the right to publish. You allow us to store them, draft events from them, and show those events on the website, in the bot and in notifications.
  • Connected channels. Connect only channels and groups where you are the owner or an admin. When you connect one, you agree that we read its new posts and send them to Claude, outside Uzbekistan, to draft events. In a drafts group, use /event only on messages you have the right to share. You can disconnect at any time.
  • Your guests. You see your guests’ names and statuses so you can run your event. Use them only for that event.
  • Your team. You decide who joins your calendar’s team, and you are responsible for what they do there. Admins can edit events and approve guests; ticket checkers can see the guest list and check people in.

For attendees

  • Registering. When you register for an event, you get a ticket with a QR code. It is always in My tickets, and the bot also sends it to you if you allow it to write to you. Some events need the organizer’s approval, and a full event puts you on its waitlist.
  • Reminders. If the bot can write to you, it reminds you before the event. You can turn reminders off.
  • Cancelling. If your plans change, cancel your registration so someone else can take your place.
  • Check-in. At the door, the organizer’s team scans your QR code or finds your name on the guest list. Don’t share your ticket.
  • Age. You must be 16 or older to register. We ask the year you were born once, before your first registration.
  • The event. The organizer runs the event and decides who attends. Questions about the event itself go to its organizer.

AI-drafted events and moderation

Organizers can create events from their Telegram posts. Claude, an AI model made by Anthropic, reads a post and proposes a draft: the title, date, time, place and other details. A draft is only a proposal. The organizer checks it, corrects it and decides whether to publish it, and nothing is published without the organizer’s confirmation. AI can make mistakes, so organizers remain responsible for every event they publish.

To keep the service safe:

  • A new calendar’s events open by link but don’t appear in Discover or search until our staff approve the calendar.
  • Staff may review any event or calendar, take events down, and block calendars and accounts that break these terms.
  • Every staff action is recorded.

Reports

If an event or calendar looks like a scam, is fake, has wrong details, is spam, is offensive or breaks the law, report it with the Report button on its page or in the bot. Our staff review reports and decide what to do. If they act, the calendar’s owner is told, but not who sent the report. Please report honestly; you can send only a limited number of reports a day.

What’s not allowed

Don’t use the service to:

  • publish scams, fake events or events that won’t take place, including paid “seminars” that draw people into pyramid or multi-level marketing schemes;
  • announce gatherings that need a permit you don’t have, or anything else that breaks the law;
  • post spam, or offensive, hateful or extremist content;
  • pretend to be another person, organizer or brand, or take a calendar name that belongs to someone else;
  • collect other people’s data, copy the service’s content automatically, or send unwanted messages through it;
  • get around our limits or security, or disrupt the service;
  • use someone else’s account or ticket.

We may remove content, and block calendars and accounts, that break these rules.

Payments

The service doesn’t take payments or sell tickets right now. Registering through the service is free, and we never hold money for organizers. Some event pages show a price or a link to register elsewhere; any payment there is between you and the organizer or that website, not us. If we add paid tickets later, we will update these terms first.

A service in testing

The service is new and still being tested. We provide it as it is and as available, with no promise that it will always work, be free of errors or keep every feature. Things may change, break or stop without notice. We back up the database every night, so a serious failure could lose up to a day of changes.

We don’t organize the events listed here, and we don’t check every detail of them. Each event is its organizer’s responsibility, including whether it takes place as announced.

Changes to these terms

We may change these terms as the service grows, for example when we add features. The date at the top shows when they last changed. If you keep using the service after a change, the new terms apply to you.

Contact

While the service is being tested there is no support inbox yet; we’ll add one before public launch. To report an event, use Report on its page: reports go straight to our staff.
